PLAN A
These designs are available at no charge
to manufacturers in all countries with no patent protection.
A small charitable donation is encouraged but not required for each vehicle
built according to these designs.
PLAN B
These designs will be available to manufacturers
in other countries with patent protection in return for small verifiable charitable
donations.
PLAN C
These designs will also be available
for production in the US after my green card application is approved without
obstruction or interference.
In the meantime, all manufacturers are free to build vehicles according to these designs in any country before a patent is granted.
